OHIO PREMIERE: A man's struggle to fix his computer pits him against a customer service line and the limits of human patience.

This special Live Animation Presentation takes a look at the production process behind animated films, and will be presented by 14-year Disney senior animator Travis Blaise, who may be better known for his work as a key animator for such films as Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Lion King, Pocahontas, Pinocchio, Mulan, Tarzan, Lilo and Stitch, Brother Bear and 2006's Curious George. Travis will discuss the animation process, new advancements in animation technology, his previous work, and actually draw and animate characters live.
